11:30 Excursion to the Ship Graveyard (PH-1), a place steeped in the dramatic history of the Aral Sea. Visit to the Muynak State Museum of Local History and the Aral Sea Memorial Museum. As part of the museum program, guests will watch a documentary film about the history of the Aral Sea and the life of Muynak.
13:00 Lunch at a cozy guest house, featuring hot dishes of local cuisine.
14:00 Continuation of the journey across the former seabed of the Aral Sea toward the Ustyurt Plateau. Along the way, there will be opportunities to photograph unique landscapes, including the majestic Ustyurt canyons (PH-2). On the plateau, guests will receive information about the ancient history of the region and make a short stop at a nomadic cemetery.
17:00 Arrival at the shores of the Aral Sea (PH-3). Free time to walk along the coastline, collect seashells, and swim in the sea (seasonal).
18:00 End of the day at a cozy yurt camp (PH-4) on the shores of the Aral Sea. Dinner in a traditional setting and overnight accommodation in a comfortable yurt create a truly authentic atmosphere. The camp is equipped with showers with fresh water and toilet facilities.
05:00–07:00 Sunrise over the sea. This magical moment sets the tone for the day, followed by a nourishing breakfast to prepare for the journey ahead.
07:00–08:00 Breakfast and preparation for departure.
08:00 Return journey along historical settlements, viewed from a different perspective. Visit to Kurganch-Kala (PH-5) (12th–14th centuries), a fortified trading outpost on the Great Silk Road.
10:30 Stop at the settlement of Kubla-Ustyurt (PH-6), a small town built during the Soviet era. Guests will learn about the region’s recent past and photograph interesting structures on a Soviet-era runway set against a rural landscape.
12:00 Visit to an old lighthouse that once guided travelers to the settlement of Urga. Descent along a steep path to the abandoned fishing village of Urga on the shores of Lake Sudochie (PH-7). The lake is an important stopover for migratory birds, including pink flamingos, pelicans, ducks, geese, and swans.
14:30 Lunch at a local café in the city of Kungrad.
16:00 Continuation of the journey with a visit to the historical and sacred Mizdakhan complex (PH-8) (4th–2nd centuries BC, 13th–16th centuries AD). The site includes notable mausoleums such as Mazlumkhan Sulu, Khalifa Erejep, and Shamun Nabi, as well as Gaur-Kala (PH-9), an ancient settlement from the Zoroastrian era (4th–3rd centuries BC).
